### I completed the AI Readiness Score but didn't receive my report. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first - reports are delivered immediately after submission. If you still don't see it after 15 minutes, email [info@airolloutframework.com](mailto:info@airolloutframework.com) with the email address you used and we'll resend it manually within a few hours.

### How do I access the framework after enrolling?

Checkout and course delivery are handled securely through Stripe. After enrollment you'll receive a confirmation email with access to the framework and its tools. If you don't receive your confirmation within 30 minutes check your spam folder or email [info@airolloutframework.com](mailto:info@airolloutframework.com) with your enrollment receipt.

### How do I join the community?

Join our Discord community from [airolloutframework.com/community](https://airolloutframework.com/community/). Anyone can use the open channels. Customers also get members-only channels: email [info@airolloutframework.com](mailto:info@airolloutframework.com) with your Discord username and the email you purchased with, and we'll add your access, usually within a day.
